We invest significant resources into helping our team feel confident and happy, therefore making your stay with us unforgettable. We want to build a family, where everyone feels valued, respected and makes a significant contribution.
They will welcome you to the camp, serve you in the restaurant, help to make your tent feel like a home away from home and try their best to answer any questions you may have. They will also keep you company whilst you move around the camp when it is dark. Whilst many of our staff are very experienced in the hospitality industry, we also believe in offering training opportunities for newly qualified people.
Nyota Luxury Tented Camp is situated in a prime location in Seronera, in the middle of the Serengeti. To reach Nyota, you can either fly in (from Zanzibar, Dar, Kilimanjaro or Arusha) or drive (safaris normally start in Arusha). Whilst the drive time is significant (approximately 7 hours), it is usually broken up by a visit to one of the other National Parks, or the incredible Ngorongoro Crater. Driving through Ngorongoro Conservation Area is spectacular and well worth it.
Nyota Luxury Tented Camp is a 30 minute drive from Seronera Airstrip and easy to find! The Orangi river meanders along the Camps’ borders, attracting a wide variety of wildlife. Seronera is an excellent location to stay throughout the year and there is always plenty to see, hear and experience. It is possible to take a Guided walk down to the river to look for wildlife and listen to the gentle babbling of the river. A perfect spot to experience the magic of the Serengeti!
